Our Programs
Our programs approach aimed at addressing challenges of poverty, access education opportunities, health inequalities, and economic exclusion among adolescent’s youths. Our work particularly focuses on adolescent girls, young mothers, out-of-school youth, and young people with disabilities, providing them with opportunities to access education, develop practical skills, improve their health and wellbeing, and build pathways towards sustainable livelihoods and lifelong learning.

Education
We support students from diverse backgrounds in informal settlements and slum communities through scholarships, helping them access education, improve school retention, and create pathways to employment and economic independence.
Health
We promote adolescents' health through addressing menstrual poverty, SRHR awareness through the provision of sanitary pads, SRHR education, peer mentorship, health outreach, advocacy, and referrals to youth-friendly services

We have empower young people through digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial skills, mentorship, and livelihood support while engaging communities through volunteers, advocacy, policy dialogue, and strategic partnerships. These efforts have strengthened local capacity, expanded opportunities, and promote inclusive, resilient, and sustainable communities we serve. These Programs include:
Education & Scholarship Support
We provide scholarships, and academic support to vulnerable adolescents children in informal settings
Health & Wellbeing
We promote healthy communities through menstrual health and hygiene, mental health awareness, and community health outreach
Economic Empowerment
We support entrepreneurship and economic empowerment for young women for sustainable empowerment
HKSAI Training Centre
The organization provides training in areas such as ICT and computer packages, hairdressing and cosmetology, equipping young people with practical skills for employment and self-employment.

COUNSELING AND MENTORSHIP
We recognize that sustainable adolescent development requires both personal guidance and long-term psychosocial support. We deliver targeted counseling and mentorship that equip youth with the tools to build dignified, healthy, and self-determined lives.

Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights
We promote adolescent health and wellbeing through menstrual hygiene support, SRHR education, peer mentorship, and community awareness on teen pregnancy, HIV/STIs, and GBV prevention.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
We collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, community-based organizations, Civil Society Organizations, government institutions, donors, and other strategic partners to strengthen program and expand opportunities for young people. Through these partnerships, we mobilizes resources, shares expertise, and develops sustainable solutions in education, health, economic empowerment, youth empowerment, and community development across Nairobi and Uasin Gishu Counties.
